Dzimbahwe Arts and Cultural Heritage Hub
The Dzimbahwe Arts and Cultural Heritage Hub, founded in 2020, serves as a dynamic center for Zimbabwe's arts and cultural heritage. The hub is dedicated to reviving, protecting, and preserving Zimbabwe's rich history, fostering a deeper connection to the country's cultural roots. By promoting the arts and cultural heritage, the Hub aims to reinvigorate elements that have long been central to Zimbabwean identity. Inspired by ancient traditions, the Dzimbahwe Hub strategically integrates art and cultural education to address socio-economic, geographical, and political challenges. The hub’s vision is to enrich communities with cultural insights and solutions to global issues, including climate change, environmental conservation, human-wildlife conflict, and challenges faced by underprivileged children, youth, women, and people with disabilities. Dzimbahwe aims to cultivate a vibrant social space that showcases, promotes, and develops Zimbabwean art, cultural heritage, and the economy. The hub engages Zimbabwe's diverse creative community to foster growth and preserve the nation’s cultural legacy across multiple platforms in a meaningful and educational way.
